Most orders are shipped out in 2 business days or less. Some orders may be sent in multiple shipments, so please verify your tracking numbers to check how many shipments you should expect.

Return Policy:

If there are any problems with your movies, please contact us at sales@gravityvideowarehouse.com.

We have a 90 day zero questions asked money back guarantee on all used movies we sell. You can absolutely return any used movie, any time within 90 days of your payment date, and get a full refund. All you have to do is shoot us an email, we send you a pre-paid label, and you mail it back.

Stepped on it and broke it? Ok, how many times do we have to say it? ZERO questions!

We guarantee all previously viewed movies without question for 90 days, and will exchange it for another copy of the movie (if available) or refund your money. A refund will consist of your full payment, including the original shipping paid for your movie.
